FURI

Furikake, or more specifically, nori komi furikake, is a favorite rice seasoning in many Asian cuisines. Some versions include bonito flake, or other dried seafood, but this version stays vegan without giving up that salty, briny, umami flavor traditional to the mix, thanks to dried nori (seaweed) and miso. FURI blends well toasted black and white sesame seeds with flaky fleur de sel, red miso, nori, and coconut palm sugar.

Top your favorite rice or noodle dishes with this salty-sweet nutty blend.

Sprinkle over simply grilled seafood for a taste of the islands.

Top grilled pineapple for the perfect side dish to an island meal.

Season buttered popcorn and enjoy movie night like never before.
