Berry Banana Protein Smoothie
~Serves 1~

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup spinach (fresh is much tastier here)
1/2 small frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened, please)
2 tsp SpiceGrrrl GREEN®
1 tsp raw honey, optional

1. Place all ingredients in a blender jar, cover, and whiz until smooth. If the banana doesn’t make it sweet enough for your taste, drizzle in a little honey and blend.
2. Pour into a go-cup and enjoy.
3. Marvel at the good health and tastiness of a 2-step recipe.

**sub out blueberries and banana with strawberries and cantaloupe for a delicious change of pace.
